Connect, Update & Educate: Closing of Dental Awareness Campaign
Crafting and executing any successful campaign isn’t easy when your target audience is school students, but this makes Samvidians the best in the class audience. The discipline and the smiles were all around. The dentists were sceptical about the successful completion, but proper execution made it a well-coordinated event that resulted in thanksgiving smiles.
The highly skilled team of K D Dental College was at the campus of Samvid Gurukulam School today, and this time, it was an awareness campaign. The experienced doctors made students aware of the dental issues, the possible solutions and the tips and tricks to stay away from dental ailments.
Dean Dr Manish throws light on oral, personal and hand hygiene. He also shared his valuable insights on the importance of awareness about such campaigns. The school students were super excited about the campaign and enjoyed the knowledge shared by the experts.
The Principal, Mrs Aastha Bhardwaj, was available throughout the activity to keep the students comfortable. Her presence is the assurance of the perfect execution of any event. Her guidance is impacting the coordinating teachers, and the students connect with her instantly.
The Dean of the esteemed K D Dental College, Dr Manish and Dr Nidhi, distributed the dental kit to all the participating students post-seminar on oral, personal and hand hygiene. It becomes imperatives and morally important for the schools to arrange such events, making them aware of good hygienic practices. Such activities are highly significant because most people do not consider oral hygiene as important as hand or body hygiene, whereas it is equally important.
In conclusion, we must take responsibility for making students aware of hygienic practices. People always ignore the oral cavity, and it cost them. The teaching fraternity needs to be understood that most such practices should be considered by the institutions only because they aren’t aware of such practices. Such events connect masses, update and educate them, which ultimately leads to the reduction in health-related expenses of the families and doesn’t bother people.
The School authorities bid goodbye to the team of these highly skilled and educated dentists who took the time of their hectic schedule and upgrade and educate the students.
