International Day of Yoga is celebrated on 21st June, every year. This day is celebrated across the globe. Yoga has emerged as an alternative to the traditional remedial options of various chronic and acute health issues. Recently an eminent actress shared a post on the benefits she experienced on her ‘acid attack survivor’ sister.
